A 24-hour emergency hotline is available around the clock – including weekends and public holidays – providing immediate support when you need it most. Services include breakdown assistance, accident support, towing, replacement vehicle provision, and overnight accommodation if required.
Roadside assistance can be purchased directly through your participating car dealership, either at the time of vehicle purchase or in combination with a vehicle warranty, giving you maximum safety and worry-free mobility at all times.

Quick assistance: our breakdown and accident assistance service will help you as quickly as possible
- Free overnight stays: in the event of vehicle breakdown, our roadside assistance covers up to three nights' accommodation in a hotel
- Option to continue your journey: roadside assistance allows you to continue your journey using other means of transport in the event of vehicle breakdown
- Entitlement to a hire car: if the vehicle cannot be repaired immediately, your are entitled to a hire car
- Towing to your workshop: the vehicle will be towed to your workshop for repair within a radius of 100 km
- Valid throughout Europe: our roadside assistance is also valid in other European countries
- 24-hour emergency hotline: the 24-hour emergency hotline provides you with expert assistance around the clock in case of an emergency including public holidays and Sundays
