Denkendorf, May 7, 2026 – Real Garant, one of the leading specialists for warranty insurance in the automotive sector, and Kia Germany are launching a new maintenance package for new car buyers in Germany. Kia Care is now available at all participating Kia dealers and comprehensively covers all maintenance costs. Customers can flexibly choose between attractive terms ranging from one to seven years. Kia Care customers who select contract terms of more than two years also receive an extension of their two-year Kia mobility guarantee via the Kia dealers for the same term.
When purchasing a new Kia for cash, via financing or leasing, customers can now purchase the new Kia Care maintenance package, which Real Garant offers together with its cooperation partner Kia Germany. It is available at participating Kia dealers for all new vehicles of the brand and covers all maintenance costs (parts, labor and fluids) in accordance with the maintenance schedule. Repairs and wear-and-tear parts are not included.
Kia Care can be booked with individual contract terms from one to seven years (or 15,000 to 105,000 km, depending on the model), making it a perfect addition to Kia’s standard 7‑year manufacturer’s warranty*. Customers can have maintenance work and oil changes carried out flexibly at any participating Kia service center in Germany. A complete service history from an authorized workshop also has a positive effect on the resale value – as does the contract itself, which is tied to the vehicle and is transferred to the new owner.
With Kia Care, the original mobility guarantee that Kia grants for two years when purchasing a new car is included for the entire contract period. It includes, among other things, services such as covering the costs of a hotel, rental car and return or onward journey, the shipping of spare parts and the repatriation of a vehicle that cannot be repaired.
