Claims Process
Report a Claim
If damage occurs, please report it to Real Garant before starting repairs.
Warranty Examination
Real Garant reviews whether the claim is covered under the fundamental terms and conditions of the insurance policy. If so, authorization for the repair is granted.
Closing of Warranty Claim
Once the repair has been completed, the damage will be settled by Real Garant in accordance with the repair approval issued.
